EasyPoint Stays House Guidelines & Guest Rules Welcome to EasyPoint Stays! We are delighted to host you. Please help us keep the home clean, safe, and enjoyable for you and future guests by following these house guidelines. ________________________________________ House Instructions 1. Kitchen Cabinets All kitchen cabinets and drawers are labeled for your convenience. Please return all items to their original cabinet or drawer after use. ________________________________________ 2. BBQ Grill A BBQ grill is available in the backyard for your enjoyment. Please note the following: • A propane gas cylinder is provided; however, if it becomes empty during your stay, guests are responsible for refilling it if they wish to continue using the grill. • BBQ tool kits are located inside the labeled kitchen cabinet. Please return all tools after use. • Before using the grill, move it onto the grass or an open outdoor area away from the building. • Never operate the BBQ grill close to the house or under any covered structure. • After cooking, allow the grill to cool and clean it thoroughly. • If the BBQ grill is left dirty, an additional cleaning fee may be charged. ________________________________________ 3. Trash Disposal Please place all household trash in the large outdoor trash bin. • The trash bin is located on the right-side walkway. • Open the side access door to reach the trash container. • Before checkout, please remove all trash from inside the house and place it in the outdoor trash bin. ________________________________________ 4. Beach Sand Cleanup A water hose is available on the left-side walkway behind the side access door. If you return from the beach, please rinse off sand from your feet, shoes, beach chairs, and other beach equipment before entering the house. Please remember to turn off the water completely after use. ________________________________________ 5. Kitchen Sink To prevent plumbing problems: • Do not pour cooking oil or grease into the sink. • Do not place food scraps, large objects, paper towels, wipes, or trash into the sink or garbage disposal. • Please dispose of all waste in the trash bin. ________________________________________ 6. Return Items to Their Original Place Before checkout, please return everything you used to its original location. This includes: • Kitchen utensils • Pots and pans • Dishes and glasses • BBQ tools • Furniture • Decorations • Games and accessories • Remote controls Please leave the home organized for the next guests. ________________________________________ 7. Remote Controls All remote controls (TV, Fireplace, and Lighting) are stored in the kitchen drawer next to the refrigerator. Please return all remotes to this drawer before checkout. ________________________________________ Checkout Reminder Before leaving, please make sure to: • Return all items to their original locations. • Clean up any visible messes. • Wash any used dishes or place them in the dishwasher (if available). • Remove all trash from the house and place it in the outdoor trash bin. • Turn off all lights, fans, fireplace, and water faucets. • Lock all doors and windows. • Make sure all remote controls are returned to the kitchen drawer. ________________________________________ House Rules 🚭 No Smoking Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the home. Evidence of smoking will result in additional cleaning and odor removal charges. ________________________________________ 🐾 No Pets Pets are not permitted unless approved in writing before your stay. Unauthorized pets may result in additional cleaning fees and possible cancellation of your reservation. ________________________________________ 🎉 No Parties or Events Parties, events, gatherings, or unauthorized visitors are not allowed. Please respect our neighbors and the community. ________________________________________ 🔇 Quiet Hours Please keep noise to a minimum, especially during evening and nighttime hours. Do not play loud music or create excessive noise that could disturb neighbors. Neighbor complaints may result in fines, immediate termination of your stay, or involvement of local authorities. ________________________________________ 💰 Damage & Policy Violations Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Failure to follow the House Rules, Rental Agreement, or platform policies may result in: • Additional cleaning charges • Damage charges • Extra guest fees • Loss of security deposit (if applicable) • Immediate termination of your reservation without refund ________________________________________ Thank You!
